1. Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge

The beach at the Hobe Sound National Wildlife Refuge is by far one of the best beaches in Martin County. This peaceful refuge offers almost seven miles of unspoiled beach on the western side of the Jupiter Inlet. My favorite time to go is right after high tide, the water is clear and the sandbars are visible. My girls love to catch the blue crabs and conch. The beach has bathrooms and a shower. 2. Bathtub Beach in Martin County

Bathtub Beach: Located on Hutchinson Island just east of Stuart, Bathtub Beach is one of the most visited beaches in the area. This family-friendly beach is popular with visitors for its full amenities, such as showers, bathrooms, lounge chairs, and plenty of parking, as well as its lovely white sand and clear, shallow waters. **Temporarily closed**

3. Blowing Rocks Preserve

This stunning preserve boasts 73 acres of beachfront stretching from Jupiter Island to Jonathan Dickinson state park. It’s made up of rocky limestone and coquina that was formed over millions of years by the sea. Visitors can expect to find a tranquil spot to relax on the beach with great views of the turquoise blue water.

4. Indian River Park, Jensen Beach

If you have little kids you’ll want to check this one out. It is located by the Children’s Museum of Jensen Beach. There are bathrooms, showers, a splash pad, a pier for fishing along with picnic tables and grills making it one of the best beaches in Martin County, Florida. This is one of my favorite beaches for kids in Jensen Beach, click here to read more.
